Africa’s infrastructure financing needs are estimated to be up to $150 billion a year. Overall infrastructure funding needs in Africa are estimated to be $1.2 trillion from 2017-2025, with a yearly funding gap of $30-40 billion. Government and public funding, while critically important, will not be enough to bridge this gap.
